30 Bananas a Day!

I know I've seen the information before somewhere, now I can't remember where. I'm going from raw til four to completely raw vegan diet using a blender. I'm having fruit twice in my first two meals and vegetables in the second two meals. A blender full each time. Are bananas okay with pineapple? Are strawberries, blue berries, and kiwis okay with red cabbage, carrots, lacinato kale, celery, and red beets?
How do I avoid fermentation?

I see a couple things you might tweak with you plan. 

First, more power to you for choosing all raw--that's usually where folks experience the top results.

Pineapples are tricky unless fully ripe, which are hard to find, especially on your isle I'm guessing.  If not ripe, they're not worth eating as a staple.  If you do find some good ones, then they're probably too good to blend :)

I favor nans or plantains with grapes and/or berries as a fruity staple.  

Veggies by themselves aren't that satisfying usually, so you might find better results by starting with a fruit portion, letting it digest a bit, then following it up with your veggies.

Only you know what your tummy likes, but that mix you describe sounds pretty complicated.  Celery is a good choice, but the other veggies you mention are far harder to digest.  I wouldn't recommend mixing them with fast digesting fruit too often.  Of course,  you can't go wrong with tender leafy lettuce type greens.
