I live in Canada . I went to a doctor asked to get my blood tested for All the major minerals, cholesterol and other health indicators including b12. He asked why , I said I was worried about my general health. He thought it was extremely strange but did it anyways.
I got a referral to a lab. Went to the lab, got my blood taken and results were put online about a week later for viewing.
Was free here, but might cost money elsewhere.
Step 1. Go to doctor ask for test/referral
Step 2. Go to lab .
Step 3. Profit
Very interesting, and thank you.
I've seen people here say it costs maybe $50, but I'm not sure if they are going to clinics or their primary, or what, and the more I've looked it seems like there are a lot of options.
I'm wondering what the experienced folks here do.
