I've been having this bloating issue ever since going raw 80.10.10 3 months ago. I drink a litre of water when I wake up before I have anything to eat, then usually a monomeal of 15 bananas or so, another litre around lunch with another mono meal and then I usually sip a litre of water for the rest of the day, and have a huge salad of greens for dinner. I look like I'm 24/7 pregnant, even when I wake up (my mom actually asked me if I was!!), before I went raw I was vegan for 8 months and didn't eat a lot of processed foods, I ate basically raw foods, oatmeal and rice w/ lentils and bloated less then.. Is it because I'm eating way more than I used to? I get around 2500-3000 calories a day, I haven't had any detox symptoms when I started because I was already detoxed from being 60% raw vegan for 8 months, it's very strange, I don't know what to do and I defenitly want to stay raw!!

Sounds like you got REALLY sensitive digestion if your all the way over here in 811 world. I know me and Free can tolerate a BIT of spice now and then (every few months) but doing it more than that affects our HYPER sensitive digestion.
I think it might be the bananas, because when I started I ate around 25 bananas a day and I was bloating, and I thought it would go away, but it never has, so I'll try without for a while and subsitute dates, thanks!! :)
