How is it that anyone here knows how ripe your bananas are, or how much water you're drinking? :P
I've had digestive issues with improper food combining, especially mixing sweet/dried fruit with acid/juicy fruits, and eating too quickly. Smoothies have helped quite a bit on saving time on eating large volumes; you can bring them around much more easily where you work or go about your day.

You must wait till they are ripe (brown spots). If you eat them before this, you are setting yourself up for very poor digestion later. It takes some getting used to planning your fruit-buying, but always buy them regularly and in large bunches to stagger the days on which ripe bananas are available to you. If they are over-ripening, put them in the fridge. Don't settle for unripe fruit!
definitely wait until ripe, it really makes a difference. Also gas and fluids are being pushed out of your body from all the fiber is a likely scenario.
You say you're going to the bathroom a lot but you're constipated?
Remember that this lifestyle is in part very stressful as it gets a lot of social disapproval and is socially inconvenient. Not every symptom can be explained by "you're doing it wrong". Some people need to make some friends on the same lifestyle and create an eco system around them that suports the health and fitness lifestyle.
do you mean that you pee a lot? cause constipation means NOT going #2 when using the bathroom, not going a lot.
