30 Bananas a Day!

Anyone experience bloating all day with this diet? Its weird because it's only my lower abdomen that bloats out.. it's better in the morning but the bloating is still there and gets worse throughout the day.

I would assume that the bloating gets worse throughout the day because there's more food in my tummy.. duh. Although, im concerned to as why my bloating is still there first thing in the morning.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks :)

How long have you been doing Raw till 4?

about a month.. is it still detox symptoms?

Because of volume of food some of us eat, it is normal to go to bed fat wake up flat.

Are you making sure you are combing the right foods and keeping sodium low? Those are the only things I can think that could possibly cause those problems.

yuppp im very careful with food combining.. and my sodium is fairly low. 

I have this problem too, I'm trying to eat all raw (or as much raw food as I can) to see if it'll help. In my experience, rice, beans, quinoa and any kind of grain/pasta, and anything salty make the bloating way worse.

Are you eating a lot of dried fruit by any chance?

i was looking up the tag "bloated" and found i have the same thing as the person who wrote this. also i do eat a lot of dried fruit, so i was wondering what that had to do with it. i know this is like 2 months late but please let me know!

Dried fruit is, as the name implies, lacking in water, and very concentrated in sugar (especially, fructose).

When you eat a lot of fructose at once it's common for it to cause gas and bloating in many people.

I cut all dried fruit out of my diet and I lost the bloating plus some few excess kilos that I had gained when I was eating a lot of dates day in and day out.

wow yea i have been eating an all dried fruit lunch sometimes since its easy to bring to school. i definitely am gonna change that though, thank you so much!
