30 Bananas a Day!

hi, for two monthes now i'm in north thailand , enjoying delicious fruits and doing some awesome permaculture work , but for the first time this wek i stay in a place where they have a blender...


these last time my caloric intake was too low and i'm afraid i've ost a bit of weight which is not good point for me.......

so i start doing banana smoothie mainly and i see my overall caloric intake goes up from 2800/3000 (hardly!!) to easily 4000 cal (which is good for me since i'm to low weight and train a lot actually to gain muscles) , matching easily my fat and prot need in a 90/5/5 way ...... digestion quite "transparent" , so much difference beetween blend and not...

so here is my question: i see two possibilities:
-or else blending ease really digestive process and allowed me to eat more which is a good point
-or else blending process destroy by oxydation and mechanical process one part of food nutrient and i need more to get in final the same amount of caloric assimilation (seems a bit strange cause even if some vit and minerals disapeared , overall caloric intake should be the same)

does anyone have some view about this point , experience , etc.....
what surprises me is that "in my idea" , chewing is better cause respecting natural process of breaking and insalivating in the mouth but indeed here results are the opposite (even when i make smoothie keep liquid food in mouth like if i was chewing.... not drink straight away...)

and i forget...must write a "tribute to DR" cause in private message you push me to go back to banana saying that it's really hard to match caloric intake only with sapodilla and jack and...you were just right!!!

for three weeks lack of energy and lose a bit of weight, so change and consider what you tell me.....

for one week i average 25/30 bananas per day (i really in the good forum i guess!! ) and everything change , must remind eatch time! banana indeed are really a basic and main food for us , i can't say anything else...
