30 Bananas a Day!

Hey guys :)
I was doing so well on this lifestyle and I was feeling great but then yesterday, I didn't have time to eat a big lunch (also barely any fruit in the house) so I binged on vegan cookies, avocado, bread, peanut butter, corn pasta, fruit, coconut yoghurt etc (all super fatty)... i started today well but then it went downhill from there.... :*(

Any tips for how to get back on track? I'm really tempted to go back to calorie restricting to help me lose weight, but I know it's not healthy...

Also I tend to binge when theres not much fruit around so I get hungry. If there is nothing appropriate for me to eat at lunch is rice etc okay??

CTFU/binge on the rights foods sweet fruits or starch get really full so you wont be hungry and tempted to eat high fatty foods

Its no big deal to have a high fat day just follow up with several days with low fat then it all balances out

Don't be afraid to eat a lot of other high carb foods when ripe fruit is available. I haven't had ripe bananas for a week so I've been living off of juice, dates, dried fruit, frozen bananas, rice, potatoes, etc...
