Good Evening all, I'm type 1 diabetic and have been since I was 1 yr old. I've been raw vegan for 2 years, primarily low carb high fat :( . I've been doing 811 for about 2 weeks now and seeing some dramatic effects with the diabetes. I've been adding recipes to nutritiondata.com to see carbs, etc, so I can track insulin consumption but, that website doesn't let you keep track for a day. very unfortunate because it's an awesoem interface and super easy to use.
Does anyone have any recommendations for the best online site for tracking nutrient information? I'd like to start keeping logs to share on a blog or some other medium.
Thanks Durian, yeah I have a VERY similar story to Robby's. I've been on his site and he responded to a message I posted on here the other day.
I've been in the Dr. Cousens mindset for basically my entire raw vegan history but now I'm shifting into 80/10/10 and seeing additional benefits not experienced in the high fat low carb approach.
I'm really feeling a desire to communicate my story with others, like Robby, hopefully to inspire them onto a healing journey. Just need to begin transitioning from theory into manifestation.
