Right now im probably in the best shape of my life but id like to build a bit more muscle so im not looking so scrawny. id like to build up my thighs n' bum a bit. what exercises should i try out and what sorts of things should i eat more of?
im not raw vegan but i am vegan and almost completely raw. (its usually just dinner that isnt)
I totally want to bulk up as well, I think the main problem I've been having is that people keep on provoking me to do all these cardio things.
Well, that's it! I'm determined to bulk up, and I don't care if it's going to take me a few years.... I'm going to completely ignore all cardio no matter how much people provoke me to play soccer/etc, except for really light walking here and there, and I'm going to spend all my energy on weight training.
Maybe I'll do sit-ups once a month or something like that because I don't want my abs to look bad, but other than that... all my excess calories are going into weight training
