Right now im probably in the best shape of my life but id like to build a bit more muscle so im not looking so scrawny. id like to build up my thighs n' bum a bit. what exercises should i try out and what sorts of things should i eat more of?
im not raw vegan but i am vegan and almost completely raw. (its usually just dinner that isnt)

Hi there. I went from skinny to more athletic by weight lifting. The main exercises I incorporate are bench press, shoulder press, dead lifts and squats. Squats using heavy weight will build and shape your glutes and thighs. I don't know about specific foods but to grow muscle but you ideally need to be eating more calories. I hardly ever do cardio for any more than 10mins as I find I lose weight.
To make sure you don't get muscle imbalances pulling movements should also be incorporated.
few extra bananas a day and weight training, fruit makes you slim, weight lifting will make you tone
