Ever since going lfrv I've been drinking berocca. When I initially started lfrv I started getting cuts in the sides of my lips (angular chellitis) and had generally poor circulation and felt energy depleted. These issues disappeared when I started upping the greens and adding berocca (primarily a b12 supplement) to my water.
Feel it makes me drink more during the day and helps in recovery.
Anyone else add anything to their water?
