Stop showering so much too - it is not necessary, nor natural. If using really hot water it is going to affect your skin.

I figured the hot shower was bad, the reason I stared taking them was so I could sweat and breathe in the steam, it helps me cough up any debris I have inhaled throughout the day. Isn't it necessary to shower after a hard sweaty day?
Actually a cold shower is really good for you- it increases your immune system and metabolism, and you breathe in less evaporated flouride/chlorine. You will have more energy and sleep better.
You don't need to scrub with any brush- youre just stripping your skin of its natural oils. I wash with almond oil and it feels great.
