Hey everyone :)
So, I'm looking for some tips on how to best endure humidity when exercising outside, specifically running! Humidity has enveloped New England like every summer, but this is my first summer running on a regular basis and I find myself struggling to keep my usual pace! The humidity is just so stifling and I feel myself breathing so much harder! Ugh!
I've already begun to take some measures myself; the usual eat more, drink more, rest more and also upping my consumption of sodium-rich fruits and veggies since I sweat like CA-razy! I always run in the early morning too, between 6-730am.
Any seasoned athletes have any more tips?! I'm sure others are experiencing higher temps/humidity since it is the most wonderful time of the year: SUMMER :) :) :)
