30 Bananas a Day!

SO its really hard for me every time i to start raw til 4. Mostly because of bathroom usage. I understand that its probably my body flushing the toxins out but its really difficult when I take public transportation for about 2-3 hours a day. Most of the time i am running to get to my next location to relieve myself. It's embarrassing. I've tried eating hours before leaving my house and using the bathroom right before i leave. I do not eat or drink anything during my commute also. That doesn't help. I still end up having to go in the middle of my commute. Its getting to the point where I do not want to leave the house or I just don't want to eat breakfast. This problem mostly occurs in the morning. I also have TONS of gas throughout the day. Its really uncomfortable.

Any suggestions?

Will this eventually stop?

You're correct that while disconcerting for this time, this is a very good thing.  Many of us came to this lifestyle chronically constipated to some degree, and it can take some time to even out.  It was a good many months for me.  But even if uncomfortable, Better out than in!

Some tips you can try:

-Implement skin brushing with a vegan brush, including the abdomen.  

-Practice abdominal massage, working in the direction of your elimination path, which is clockwise when facing your own tummy.  So up the right side, across the top, and down the left.  

-Google or youtube "nauli kriya" for techniques of rhythmic ab massage and contraction.

-Start your day first thing out of bed with at least a quart of water.  This itself will often trigger a BM.

Then have your big breakfast (after exercise if that's when you like to incorporate your movement for the day), leaving enough time to feel relaxed afterward for a bit.  This may prompt a 2nd BM for you, leaving your ready to go about your day.

-Finally, take comfort, Vee Vee, that your body knows exactly what it's doing.  This, gas included, should be temporary, and you'll be better for it.

-you may wish to examine your food combining strategies too, and see if you can simplify them for best digestion as shown here:
