I needed a after ride (10 miles 20-25 mph pace) drink and I had some very ripe fruit that I needed to use up so I created a smoothie that is very good so thought I would share.
1 large Very ripe and soft Asian Pear
2 whole oranges
1-2 cups of water
I was very surprised how well it tasted. Its a little low on calories but I had already had a bannana, strawberry drink for breakfast.
6.5 g protein
2.1 g fat
The secret is the really ripe pears.....so delicious....
