Watching this video post today has inspired me to keep going...
It's getting closer to summer but organic ripe fresh fruit is still hard to come by. Very frustrating!!! What I would do for a crisp watermelon!!! Peel open an orange and it's dried out! Still working on apples because of the amount of fiber in it, kind of stops me up.
I feel as if I am beginning to flounder a bit myself. I have begun to drink 2 liters of water each and every morning for the last 5 days... It has helped immensely! But I think adding dates to that morning helping of water would certainly increase my cal intake for the day.
I also just read on another forum post that I shouldn't be eating pitted dates because they may have been heat treated. hmmm, I should have guessed being lazy is not the best way to do things. When I finish typing this I am going to order 15bls. from 7hotdates.com and make the morning Datorade my thing. I heard it's tasty. I do hope I can stomach it. I also read it's better to soak them also. How long??? before you make the Datorade? And then peel the skin off for better digestion.
