I know this must sound totally silly in this forum, but I hate bananas. I don't even like the smell of them. I can't stand close to somebody who's eating a banana, so I cannot 'just eat them anyway'.
Can anyone tell me which fruit I can eat instead, to get all the good things bananas can offer?
I eat potatoes for dinner almost every day, but I want to get potassium in my raw till 4, as well.

Mangoes are a great food but they can get a bit pricey. Otherwise citrus and dates are pretty good this time of the year.
Dried fruits like prunes and dried figs are high in potassium.
Even in smoothies? I don't eat bananas by themselves but if you add in a few other fruits, maybe even some cinnamon, you can't even taste the banana, it's a tropical treat, the bananas just provide the creamyness.
No, I really cannot eat or drink bananas :-)
