I'm having some problems with my digestion. I was eating app. 6-10 bananas a day (I know its not much but I'm new at the lifestyle), mixed with some dates in the morning, also eating more dates during the day as snacks. I was usually drinking two smothies one for breakfast with 6 bananas and one for lunch with 6 more then dinner with potatoes or rice. Drinking a liter of water before breakfast and a lot of water during the day. The problem is that everytime I drink my smothies, afterwards Im very bloated, full of gas and going a lot to the bathroom... When I go to class or to work to a friends house its very uncomfortable, because I can't fart and my stomach makes this huge noises and it hurts until I can get home and poop.. like three or 4 times ..and I dont know how to say it but it doesn't feel or look like a nice poop. I have currently stop drinking my banana somothies, the lasts days I have been eating dates and cooked meals (oatmeal, rice, potatoes) I havent been able to go buy different fruits and I'm afraid to eat bananas again, PLEASE HELP I WANT TO EAT BANANAS AGAIN!
