i would just go bananas
It may be ok, although I don't know if it counts as banana island if their our other ingredients. When you are off banana island and just having bananas as a normal part of your diet then other ingredients are fine I am sure. But to be a true banana island I think the only ingredients is bananas. I just started my banana island and I am in the middle of day 4 and all I am doing is plain bananas, no greens, nothing but bananas.
Thanks for the replys....I think I will hold off on the vanilla and coconut sugar until the week of Banana island is over.
