30 Bananas a Day!

Hey guys. So i wanted to post this and ask a question. Im sure you will all ask so here is what i have been eating

I am 5'1
170 lbs (184 when i started)
Eating LFRV (HCRV) for 1 month and 1 week.
An average day looks like:
Breakfast: 
17-25 bananas
32 oz Orange Juice
4 cups of black/rasp/blue berries blended (usually drink this throughout the morning into early afternoon)

Lunch
USUALLY 2-3 cucumbers or a Large salad full of greens

Dinner
USUALLY 1/2 large watermelon. or like 8 Nectarines

Been averaging around 2,000-3,000 calories per day
Been sleeping an average of 10 hours per night (any more and i get a migraine)
and trying to drink more water (feel ZERO thirst since i am eating juicy fruits.. but still trying)

I have been logging my days into cronometer.com and i have noticed that obviously my B12 is at 0% where as everything else is off the charts. ;)

Heres my question. Obviously, in the photo, you can see my tongue. Which has gotten like this over the past 4 days. Over those last 4 days, i have been nauseous, VERY VERY bloated, had migraines, and generally not felt hungry. I feel very tired also.

The red spots that you see on my tongue are sore (not incredibly painful) and more and more of them are developing.

I decided to turn to "Dr. Google" to see what it would say. I looked up "red spots on tongue" and the first thing that popped up was "Red spots on tongue, caused mostly by vitamin B12 deficiency"

No big deal, went into my kitchen and got a Vitamin B12 DOT and let it dissolve on my tongue (bought them a month ago and have taken like 3, but never thought anything of it) (they are vegetarian B12 BTW)

I guess my question is, anything you all think that could be causing it? i have noticed a few 'canker type of sores" on my lips, and was having some vision issues (almost diabetes like)

Took my sugars and they were in the perfectly normal range

I am not one of those people that will huff and puff about a B12 deficiency, especially because it is SIMPLE to fix, by taking a B12 supplement or injections (no big deal) just wanting to know if any of you have experienced this? or have any of you had a deficiency? Honestly, i will just take the supplement every day and no worries. Just wanted to know all your expert opinions.

Trust me, i will not go all Natasha St. Michael and start eating meat, ill just do the supplement or injection. Just wanting to know your thoughts.
