30 Bananas a Day!

So I've been taking a B12 spray and it gives me like upwards of 1000% of my recommended intake.

It's kind of hard to come by this particular spray and a little pricey.

What I'm wondering is, if I get so much excess of my daily needed intake, would it be okay to just spray it once every other day or every few days?

What do you guys think? Thanks ;o)

The first key with b12, indeed any nutrient, is to get blood tested to establish a baseline, then once or twice yearly going forward.  You may or may not even need to supp at this point.

If you do now or in the future, the best source of which I've heard is the methylcobalmine from www.trimnutrition.com.

A few weeks of regular injections should have you cruising for many months.

I would think once a week would work fine for maintenance.  But you have no idea unless you get tested.  If you don't need B12 and start using it you can actually hinder your body's ability to produce it naturally.  Best to get tested.

Your body doesn't produce B12 at all/if enough to even matter.

The women at my locan vegan shop (so lucky we have that here) sold me (and my partner as well) b12 pills by jarrow and explained to me that we were supposed to take two pills a week since they were very concentrated and that'd be how she took them herself.

So if the spray gives you 10 times you needed intake, every ten days in enough in theorie =D

Your body stores the exess until it is needed I suppose.

If it is x10 of your recommended intake and take it every day, most of it will go to waste. Such quantities are fine for consumption 1-2 times a week (hence the price). I am taking pills which are 10eur a bottle but they  contain x100 of the recommended daily value so i take them 2 times a month.

B12 is a non issue, don't waste your money.  I've posted about this before, please read them.
