30 Bananas a Day!

Hi there,
I'm starting my experiment with avocado. For last few weeks I've been eating only one fruit (bananas, mangoes or oranges) for 2-3 days in a row. I thought it would be good to experiment with avocado as well. I'm very curious what is going to happen if I eat avocado for one day only. Will it digest better? Will I feel heavy and slow?
So I have just finished my morning litre of water and my ultra ripe avos are waiting to be eaten. I will eat all my 3000 calories before 4-5pm to allow more time for digestion of the fats.

Anyone did that sort of thing?

The lettuce mono-day experiment is next... :-)

Are you going to start mono-ing lettuce today then?
Yulia, that is exactly what I was trying to find out. If I can't eat avocados, not only for a whole day but even for a meal other than the dinner, then it is not a proper food.

I guess it will be different with lettuce. I will find out soon. I have enough fuel in my muscles to keep me going for a day without feeling hungry. And I already had a salad for breakfast once when we went for an early brunch to 'eat per kilo' place and they had no fruits :)
I tried this too. The digestion is better than with avocados but I horribly missed sugar and in desperation was looking for the sweetest part of green leaves, like the stalk of broccoli. My conclusion is that we need sugar to thrive and be happy, and in sufficient amount.

Fruitman you always eat monoday, so no salad in the evening? How do you feel eating like that compared to different kind of fruit/day and a salad in the evening?

Wildy, I apologize for responding so late. I do not visit the forums too often.
Sometimes I eat mono meals, sometimes I have mono days, sometimes I have greens in the evening, sometimes I have greens midday...
It all feels good! ;)
