I'm starting my experiment with avocado. For last few weeks I've been eating only one fruit (bananas, mangoes or oranges) for 2-3 days in a row. I thought it would be good to experiment with avocado as well. I'm very curious what is going to happen if I eat avocado for one day only. Will it digest better? Will I feel heavy and slow?
So I have just finished my morning litre of water and my ultra ripe avos are waiting to be eaten. I will eat all my 3000 calories before 4-5pm to allow more time for digestion of the fats.
Anyone did that sort of thing?
The lettuce mono-day experiment is next... :-)
