Author of "I Live on Fruit," Essie Honiball dies at age 89 in Cape Town, South Africa. Hers is one of the most amazing healing stories. It was an honor to have corresponded with her a few years ago. Morris Krok gave me a copy of her beautiful hardcover book. Great inspiration from a sweet soul. -DaveEssie-H-3.jpg
Long time, no read, Mado.
Last I heard, you'd recently had a baby. Hope you're both well :)
HI WInlord. I did I had two. OMG how time flies. I am back for sure.
Precious! I was admiring some of their pics on your page. You've been blessed :)
Aww, I loved her book and her whole attitude. She lived a good life. Bless her.
What other foods did she eat? I read it I do not remember, must have overlooked. I know she had cooked food binges. I have a pretty old copy myself.
added her to my Hygiene gallery https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10151863305386848&set=a...
I remember her being very meek and submissive and living with a man wild in the woods. She loved him so she did what he told her and he told her before he died he says promise me you continue the work I started,
You said it.
It's not the years in your life, but the life in your years!
she gave her testimony not seeking popularity, nor monetary gain. She wrote that it was not always easy being alone (widow from a man she appreciated/loved a lot ) and living in a country where fruit was not so easily accessible at times . This was decades ago and she will be honored and remembered for co writing with T.C. Fry from. "the aids hoax" she / they are yet part of the group of "timeless classic healthy lifestyle trend setters"
