30 Bananas a Day!

Hello

 

Anyone have good audiobooks? i cant listen to music everyday so i need something else. I dont like fiction audiobooks, but something motivational, inspiration, education etc :)

Can bet pretty smart since i do about 2 hours a day of walking/jogging/etc :)

I enjoy The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle.
i downloaded that once, but i couldnt listen to it because he has so annoying voice :p ive read the books tho i think.

I like Gangaji for something beautiful and peaceful..

But Ricky Gervais or Russell Brand to keep me going when I am at the gym :)

Have you ever heard "Unbroken" the story of Louis Zepperini (I think that is how you spell his last name).  Incredible story of a former olympic runner and his capture by Japanese in WWII. Amazing Story!!!

I like China Study

I found Bruce Lipton's "Biology of Belief" interesting

If you like History/Religion - I have reread and then reread the book "The Great Controversy" by White
   that is also available on CD or downloads too.

I listened to some of Daniel Amen's stuff and enjoyed listening to "Change your brain change Life"  but he is so into so many supplements and fish etc that I tired of that - but the other info was good. 

Nope never heard of it. Im gonna consider thato ne :)

I'm currently listening to "The China Study" audiobook while working-out, lol :D It's a yummy one ! ;D

Also, I'm into audio-lectures. You can find free ~1-hour-long info-stuffed lectures on the net on basically any topic imaginable. For example, I got some on psychology, medicine, history, veganism. Hope that helps :>

Ive listen to thousands of hours whilst training, cleaning, eating, resting etc. GREAT way to educate on the fly. ;)

 

2hrs of walking is ok, just make sure you build up the jogging only 10% per week bro.
