I have a theory. I believe that athletes foot is the result of your body releasing toxins through your feet. Mine seems to be going in and out now almost as if it is in relation to my diet; which goes from fruitarian days to an occasional plate of deep cooked Ethiopian lentils; although always vegan and all days are always mostly fruit.
Has anyone here witnessed their athletes foot subside after being in this lifestyle for a while.
I am assuming that since this is the diet of choice for the athletes then I shouldn’t be the only one with athletes feet.
