30 Bananas a Day!

Are you meeting your nutritional requirements? Post your cronometer.

Hi everyone. I just wanted to see how everyone else is doing on cronometer or whatever program they use to see if they are meeting their nutritional needs. Some days I don't get to that 100% for certain nutrients so it would give me much encouragement to see how others are thriving. Feel free to post your cronometer for the day if you want (I'm not sure how or else I would post my own). I'm sure others would benefit to see how others are meeting their nutritional goals.

Yes, every time I eat around/over 2500 kcal I reach my nutritional requirements (- around 90% according to CRON-O-METER).

Yeah I usually reach around 90%, but I'm shooting for at least 100%.

Today's ratio (raw till4 with a bit more nuts that 10%)

76% - 8% - 16%

92% nutritional target achieved

2793kcal

I forgot to mention that I also supplement with B complex and omega 3 from flax (before that I was not able to reach nutritional requirements - according to CRON-O-METER.

It usually depends on calories eaten in that day. Whenever I get 3000+ I usually always meet my nutritional goals. On other days when I don't eat as much I usually have trouble with selenium (eat one brazil nut to get this) or calcium and iron (eat oranges and add in greens). I also don't get omega 6 everyday because I eat mostly 9-5-5 so on a few days a handful of walnuts will do it. What nutritional goals are you having trouble meeting?

Basically the same thing as you just said. Maybe my calcium is 93% one day and selenium is 60% another day, etc. Maybe I should get back into eating a bit of nuts.

Sounds about the same for me.

Today mix of cooked and raw (couldn't go raw til 4 today)

Cals: 2064 (trying to work my way up, need to go grocery shopping)
Carbs: 83.8% (453.7), Protein: 10% (56g), Fat: 6.2% (14.5g)
Nutritional Target Achieved: 88%

Not too shabby.

Thanks!

Do it! lol, cronometer is very in depth compared to other websites I've used for tracking like WebMD. Used it before I heard of it and now I love cronometer :) I sometimes use fortified almond milk, fruit, veggies like spinach (usually a cup in smoothies). My calcium is normally around 60% so I know I also need other ways to get that up >.<
