Just wondering. Are you always 100% raw? If you are, what keeps you so committed and perseverant? If you aren't, what do you struggle with and what do you eat on those occasions? What foods tempt you?
Me, I used to eat potatoes, yams, and french fries on occasion when not following 80-10-10, but I realize the consequences now of doing this. They are high glycemic foods and spike the bloodstream quickly, causing me to be groggy and have mood swings. So recently, I've been 100% raw.
