30 Bananas a Day!

I am preparing for 100 days of strict by-the-book adherance to 811.  I will give up my onions and garlic of course and all the rest of the program, from what I know of it, I am in agreement with.  I studied Natural Hygiene and I am reading 80/10/10 and should be thru with it by the time I start my 100 days.  This will be in 19 days and I'm looking forward to it. 

 

My question is: "What about sprouts and sprouting?"  Seeds, sunflower greens, pea shoots and the like.  Is that considered greens?

In my opinion sprouts are FANTASTIC!!!! They are a living food, they start to grow from the time you give water to them and they are FULL of life. The fruits and vegetables in the market are often stored for a very long time and and the vitamin content may decrease with the time while sprouts get more and more nutritious. So I think it is very benefiacial to use sprouts as a part of your diet :)

Thanks everyone for your input.  I'm going to do some searching and see what I can find.  I am an organic person all the way.  I have tried organic in the bulk and they didn't sprout.  It's certainly changed over the years with all the people wanting inexpensive greens and doing their own sprouting.  Here in Idaho the market is pretty tight but with WF coming into town that may help.  I don't like paying shipping which is why I haven't ordered via mail unless I can get organic cheap.  Kind of like trying to find a needle in a haystack. 

 

I just set up all my sprouting supplies and I'm going for it as of this weekend.  Thanks again.  And, thanks Raw Zombie you gave a very detailed and helpful response.
