Im thinkin 28-30 bananas per day, some berries... and a couple of pounds of greens per day should do the trick.
I may blend in a pineapple or apples as well.
I tried but couldn't get through a day I just wanted to chew my food. My favorite smoothie is spinach and orange. You can juice them first but its refreshing and yummy. I hope it goes well for you.
I think if people can juice for extended periods...smoothies are entirely possible
Thanks. Yea - agreed - I have water fasted for 19 days before.... I think I can get by on smoothies... ;~)
