30 Bananas a Day!

Hi all!

I live in Madrid and I would love to talk to somebody that lives in Spain who has been 80/10/10 or Rawtill4 long enough (let´s say at least 3 years) to ask for guidance.

The thing is that my family feel a bit worried about this change, so they asked me to talk to a nutritionist, which I did yesterday. I searched for a raw vegan one, hoping he would be open minded, and although he was pro-fruits, he told me I should eat more protein and more fats, and definitely not so many fruits. He told me not to worry about the calorie intake at all, so all I have been doing till this moment he kind of told me to forget about it, because he knows a lot of people that have tried the 80/10/10 and ended up with health issues on the long term (not at first though).

That is scary, as you may understand, and my family was not that happy with his answer. So please, if there is anyone around here that could tell me their experience long term and give me some advice, I would really appreciate it.

The fact that I ask for people living in Spain is just to be able to give them a call and have a chat. But any advice would be appreciated.

Hello,

Im 801010 right now 100% on the last 7 months. Before I had about 8 months on and off. However, I know a little bit cause I'm really into it, studying and doing Foodnsport  program. My family is eating 801010 as well. We all have improved significantly. 

Im curious about which nutritionist did you take, and whats exactly the problems he has seen in people who is long term in 801010, if they are doing it the proper way... its easy to say I failed, but, where you doing it exactly well? 

I have known several people in woodstock fruit festival and other events who has done this lifestyle for more than 20 years, at their 60's and they are healthier and stronger than me!

At the end, the most important is how you feel, not what others tell you. Learn to listen to your body :)
