You should check out Anji Bee's recipe demos on Happy Healthy Vegan. I know she did an Aloo Gobi which was semi raw and no salt oil etc..
FatFreeVegan.com has some delish curry recipes. Use the search bar and you should find several options. Some of her items include "whole fats" like nuts but those are easily left out.
