I was wondering if anyone else get this.I tried many different fruit island and every fruit gives me a different symptom.
For instance, banana will make me intestines feel very heavy and I can only eat only a few before it gets so uncomfortable now I am down to tolerating only 12 a day separated in 2 meals, any more then that and it's a disaster.
Grapes always seems to be VERY well tolerated at first, I can eat a ton of them and feel just fine but then a few hours later my intestines will be growling very bad like I ate a ton of prune juice, even dates don't do that but I'll still feel okay but then the next day if I eat grapes again my intestine will feel very sore and hurt in a grape specific way. I also get VERY INTENSE craving for starches or any heavy non sweet food, fast food w/e, it's like the grape sugar makes me crave something opposite to it and it is very specific to grapes. I only had conventional ones, but rather its green, red or purple, they all do the exact thing, so not sure if it would be the pesticides.
The best fruits seems to be watermelon and ironically cantaloupe are not well tolerated, but melons are no longer I'm thinking maybe trying apple island but i HATE apples and they are a poor nutrition food given I am already nutrient deficient.
I've begun to take my banana smoothies, pour them into a pot, bring them to a boil, bake them...after I have them dried out I let them cool then I grind the banana up into a powder, and snort it through my nostrils, or I'll inject it intravenously in liquid form.
uh? lol what exactly are you trying to get up to? Now that sounds like a desperate idea that would be interesting to try :P
And why is it you think you need to eat just one kind of fruit? This lifestyle is not about existing on one item. It IS about eating a high carb diet consisting of a variety of fruits and vegetables
