I found out the hard way today that I'm allergic to mango peels. Yesterday I ate a mango by starting to peel it with my teeth and woke up this morning with a racing heartbeat, swollen mouth, and itchy face. I did some googling and figured out I'm probably allergic to mango peels (I'm also allergic to cashews and poison ivy which come from the same type of plant). My heart has stopped racing, but my mouth is still itchy. Last time I had a reaction to cashews, my mouth itched for around 5-7 days so I'm hoping there's something I can do to speed up the process?
So my question is, are there any fruits or vegetables that could help clear my system of the toxins faster? Or possibly reduce swelling or itching? I had watermelon for breakfast and have been drinking a lot of water.

I also get Mango itch, and it sucks. i was eating 10-15 mangoes a day for about a month before it appeared, now i wash my mangoes diligently and it keeps my face from swelling and itching and im eating about 25 mangoes a day right now. once my glut of mangoes is fiunished ill be taking a break from them lol (had 20 cases).
thanks for the advice! i will definitely try that eventually because they're too good to stay away from! i'm also hoping to get rid of allergies once i've been on 801010 long enough.
