hi...I met a couple recently at a raw potluck who inspired me to start jogging. the man lost 100 pounds in one year and says he runs an average of ten miles a day. i like to take long walks and am trying to incorporate some jogging. what kind of routine do i need so that i have some measurable progress jogging in the next six months? i saw another blog that said an 80/10/10 person can run 6-7 miles a day without feeling worn out. i'm open to tips on shoes, routine, stretching...anything that can help. i have always wanted to run a 5k but i don't know how to train for that. thanks!
