Hi! I'm starting my 80 10 10 life style change tomorrow....any suggestions to help a newbie out? So far I bought lots of bananas , dates, kiwi, mangos, dragon fruit, apples, watermelon , lemons, tangerines, and frozen berries. I also got some spinach, romaine lettuce and celery....I'm hoping I will be able to keep myself from being hungry so any suggestions to help me transition with ease???
