30 Bananas a Day!

So i took st johns wart for my anxiety and found out it was an anti-deprssent and instantly went off it because of both 1.) i dont need an anti depressant 2.) i felt like i had no emotions. But in the last few months ive had my anxiety come back, full on panic attacks, chest pains the works and ive been thinking about taking it again. 

Any tips for dealing with this?

Have you tried EFT (emotional freedom technique)? This can be used to help to get anxiety under control, also i recommend listening to this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7bFejyqoBRU

No i haven't, but i will defiantly try! only problem i cant listen to this if i was to have anxiety at school :/

Well all you need to do is listen to it and learn how to do EFT then you can practice it anywhere :)

i really haven't been able to make my big green smoothie lately but i dont think that has anything to do with it And no i don't take antibiotics. Also there is a huge difference anxiety and stress

since i wrote this post a few weeks ago ive started seeing a therapist and we'll see how that plays out  

What? St. Johns Wort is a herb (plant) like any other green you would eat. It's not an anti depressant like typical drugs you get from the pharmacy, those are the ones that harm you. All that this herb is doing is supplying your liver with the minerals you're lacking. It's been used for many centuries, only now it's been "phased out" by the pharmaceutical companies.
