2 hours off my best marathon time.
7 miles per hour added to my bike speed.
The farthest Id ever ran was 26 miles. Now I've ran 100 miles (took me 35 hours)
Energy levels through the roof and off the charts. Feeling super human.
Sorry, but that argument is stupid.
Freelee has been eating cooked food for quite a long time now. If that made you gain weight or didn't work, then she would have gained fat.
It's not like if you are raw for a couple of years and then you eat something else, you will keep your slim figure forever despite of what you do.
It's like those people who say: "Ohhhh, but wait. That vegan bodybuilder has been vegan for -ONLY- 10 years, and he built all the muscle when he WASN'T a vegan". Hell, yes, but if a vegan diet wasn't good, then he would have lost most of his muscle mass, wouldn't he?
Check out the McDougall's Diet and you'll see thousands of success stories. Many people (even elderly) who have lost TONS of weight and maintained it over the years.
There are also HUNDREDS of people on YouTube who follow a raw AND cooked diet (high carb, low fat) and keep getting results.
Don't say stupid!
