So I have been eating raw till 4 for about 1.5 months and I love it! I feel so different and amazing and grateful that I found this lifestyle, like I truly can't stress that enough or even express it to people who've never tried the diet.
But anyways, I ate 2000 for the first two weeks while I was getting used to the volume then the third week I ate about 2500 and have been eating that much since (minus a week I got sick and barely ate). I did a bit of cardio, like power walking for about an hour 3-4 times a week.
I loved how much energy I had at 2500+ so the past 4 days I've been experimenting with more calories. Like 2900 - 3000 and I've been so inspired to move! I look forward to my 1 hour workout everyday and I usually go over 60 mins maybe like 1 hr 30 mins of power walking, and now with the addition of running and high intensity cardio.
It feels so great I never thought I would love exercise this much, but I'm not sure I'm getting enough calories? I feel like 3000 is enough. I feel pretty stuffed after every meal. I never snack or crave food outside of meal times. I'm 5'5.. 123 pounds... green eyes???!! lol
I would think 3000 is a good minimum. If you get any of these symptoms you know you need to up it...
