I have been on 100% raw low fat for full 14 days this time around...
Actually, I've been low fat raw before but WITH salt.
No overt fats.
I am not very active, but I train with a personal trainer for an hour 4 times a week.
I sleep for 10 hours each night and only drink water (I never used to drink anything else).
However, although I did lose some weight this time around it is very slow, and although I would be happy for the progress to continue as it is now, I am not sure it will, so I am wondering if there is anything you see as a necessary change for my mood and weight loss to pick up!
One thing I know is not best and that I do daily is a smoothie with bananas, raspberries and OJ - all fresh (around 750 ml), I have this twice daily.
Once I get home I will have either strawberries (around 450 g) or 2 melons or organic lettuce head or 2 bananas.
That is all I eat and I drink at least 3 L of water a day.
I stop eating at 18h.
I ve been only on bananas for 3 days, training everyday, but I lost my appetite and on my second day had 7 bananas in total, maybe 9 the next day, so I stopped.
