30 Bananas a Day!

RT4, I'm 5'7", ~143lbs (65kilos), I find I eat safely over 3,000 cals a day, if I do allot of training it always ends up being over 4,000, I usually make sure breakfast and lunch are both between 800-1500cals, but I like starches, and I love just sitting on my ass and feeding my body with starch while I watch really violent anime, and war films. Today was an acception to the norm however: I only ate 3 bananas in the morning hours then at lunch 12:30pm I ate 8 bananas with as much organic cane sugar I could stick to them + a few fork fulls of sugar, then I ate 1 banana before drive to pick up my bike from the shop on the way home. I have these certain "irrational thoughts" that I used to have all day long many years years ago, when I experience one now: It's my clear sign that I am officially under-carbed, and I had one of those thoughts in my car, so yeah, I def didn't stay committed today, but I'm here in my bean bag now getting ready to get my second 600cal bowl of rice and trust me I can get eniugh in to make up for it. question is, can you make up for it? Or is what I did today bad for my body?(I.e. Calorie restriction, starvation, weight gain promoting?)

I think it is kinda like being on a yoyo.

I'd say you'll end up gaining because you body will click into survival mode and you will eat what no one should eat!

LOL, the body doesn't go into survival mode that quickly, especially if you are actually eating (it's not like he's eating nothing, he is having some bananas and some sugar)...
It's not optimal, but fine. Don't worry about it. No need to flip out over something you did one day.

It's a lesson most of us have gone through- under eating and then getting a sign of being under carbed! ;)  It's a good motivator to keep on top of my eating plan and stay organized with my food! 

If you eat enough before you sleep I bet you'll feel fine tomorrow but you may feel extra hungry tomorrow, which is fine.  Get carbed back up and stay carbed up! :D
