I'm raw vegan over 2 years. Low fat hight carb diet, but this two years i have an alveolysis. My gums slide down and i don't know what to do. I brush my teeth 5 times a day, i rinse my mouth with a solution of H2O2, but the f**ing plaque on the teeth still accumulates. And now every time when i brush my teeth, my gums bleed.
Please, help me anybody!
So sorry to hear this, sounds awful!
Can you give us some more details?
Daily caloric intake?
Water output daily?
Prior health issues?
Have you listened to any of Dr. Nara's interviews or Dr. Hal Huggins interviews?
Dr. Nara says brush and floss and water pic with hot salt water at least once every 24 hours and no more cavities, I believe he talks about gum issues healing as well.
What do you brush your teeth with? How long have you been brushing 5 times a day?
Morgan, I don't understand, sorry
endshell, i start workout, so 2800-3200 cal a day, water if i want it, of course, sleep 8 hours, 60-80% bananas, the rest - tomatoes, apricots, dill, water, some other Russian fruit now. I don't understand what about Dr. Nara says?
Fruit Of Love, 1-3 minutes, toothbrush Medium Regular.
I noticed that there is the problem of many on raw food diet. Dentist said I had an overbite and therefore teeth began to get out, but before because this was not.
Sorry for my bad english...
Sounds like you need to increase your food intake, 3000 is the minimum for men on 30BaD, and you need to add more for exercise, so 4000 might be a good amount to start with and see if this helps your gums heal over the next week or so. Under eating can lead to all kinds of problems. Are you sleeping as long as you want and getting to bed early?
How many times a day do you pee? 10+ times means you are well hydrated.
This is a water pic: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oral_irrigator
oh, no, i eat more then i want to it, so that enough calories
about dehydrate - i'm not, be sure.
If you are not interested in following the 30BaD lifestyle then this forum is not the place to ask for advice.
i come here because i'm living 30BAD lifestyle, what evidence is needed? this is my page on russian facebook)) - vk.com/sun_fruit
i work on office, so a lot of time i just sid and doing web sites, so i don't need so much calories. i train just 3 days a week, it's not so often.
you can read about why you need 3000 minimum:
Yeah definitely not enough calories. There are a lot of times I eat past when I want to just so I make sure to get my calories in. Low Calories = Bad Time
Great advise ednshell
It doesn't sound like you drink too much water. Dehydration can cause dental problems.
Do you brush with any toothpaste? Or just the brush?
