Today I was really bummed out. School is really stressful, I got this weird rash on my forehead, and I woke up feeling really anxious and weird. My boyfriend invited me out to dinner tonight and it sounded like it would be so fun, and in hindsight I should have gone. I was going to bring a bunch of dates with me and order a green salad with no dressing; it would have been nice to go out to eat. But I felt like I didn't have time because I've got so much studying to do, so I came home. I was really bummed out and thought about comforting myself with cooked food but decided I really really want to do this so instead I ate like a bajillion dates. Now I feel sick and my stomach looks pregnant. Is this really healthier than eating cooked food, or is it just as bad because I totally stuffed myself and that's really bad for digestion? I'm glad I didn't break but I feel really miserable right now!
