30 Bananas a Day!

Hi all Turns out i am allergic to avocados. I am pretty much 100% raw fruit and veg only and noticed i am only getting between 5-10 grams of fat per day. Should i try get more? If so, from where if i cant have avocados?

Seeds are absolutely delicious or just nice by the handful. Saviseeds are actually the highest source of omega-3 on the planet. Also, following closely behind on the omega-3 bandwagon are hemp and chia seeds. Even sunflower seeds, a good provider of monounsaturated fats.

Seeds combine best with acid fruits, such as citrus. They do not combine well with non-acidic fruits such as bananas or dates. If you are going to eat them with a meal. I sprinkle mine on my salads.

I was trying to do pure raw fruitarianism but without avos i will probably need some seeds and nuts.

Why would you want to try eat more fats?? just keep it lower than 10% of your total daily calories. 5 to 7% works amazingly for me, I feel great. Fats take a lot to be digested, and specially when ingested in form of nuts, so be careful... Soak them in water for at least 4 hours before to eat them for better digestion. But honestly, I think you gonna get enough fat if you eat pleanty of fruits and veggies. Even fruits you don't think have fats, for example bananas!! they do have fats, just a very healthy amount.

why do you think it's an allergic reaction? what kind of reaction is it? maybe it's bacause they are not organic? 

Basically it starts as tingling in the lips and tongue. The next day I wake up with black eyes.

Its called oral allergy syndrome and is caused by avocados, kiwi fruit and other fruits being cross pollinated with a type of tree pollen that i'm allergic to and causes my hay fever in the spring. Its actually quite common and a lot of people dont even realise that the bags under their eyes are food allergies the bulk of the time.

have you tried organic? and different varieties?

also allergies usually mean liver is not functioning properly.

I concur a handful of nuts or seeds a day.
