I just can't do without them, is this normal? I put myself to a challange (which I started a discussion on) of eating only high fat, low carb raw vegan plant foods and felt like death. My fruit cravings were so intense, I couldn't wait till it was over. Is this normal? I don't want anything else but fruit and vegetables?
Well, that's what we're designed to eat, so consider yourself lucky!
Did you lose weight on a high fat? How did you feel? I felt less bloated and overall probably ate less, but definately didn't have as much energy.
That's a great problem to have :) I wouldn't read too much into it as an 'addiction' - I too tried some high fat diet when I thought I craved it and it really has just made me feel sick and drained. Now I know high carb is always the way to go
