30 Bananas a Day!

Hey guys,

My healthy has seemed to take a sudden decline within the past few months- my two main symptoms are breakouts and bloating.

My skin was starting to clear once the weather got sunnier, but now it's awful again (and so is the weather).

I've had a very flat stomach on this lifestyle up until this point. My upper body is very small, but my stomach (and things a bit) are carrying weight now.

The only dietary changes I've made are eliminating gluten (which I think would help?) and increasing from 2000 to 2500 cals. But I did this initially with no bloating or digestive problems whatsoever. I have been adding more water/greens but nothing is changing.

I automatically assumed the problems were diet related, but do you think it might be stress? (I have two very busy jobs and I'm a full time student).

Or is it finally my restrictive eating past catching up with me? Maybe I'm holding onto water weight because I'm still consuming small amounts of sodium? 

Any answers are appreciated!

I still get breakouts at the age of 35 and I think stress is a major contributor to acne. Exercise should help with the stress.

There is another thread where the OP said her acne's started to clear once she started adding lot more greens to her diet. You should probably consider that.

I exercise A LOT- I almost wonder if that's contributing to the stress.
