everyone has great answers!! :) from my person experience on having really bad inflamed acne cutting out mucus forming foods, drinking filtered water and eating 80/10/10 and avoid having too much starchy (gluten) foods because they can contribute to a build up of scar tissue > gluten free the way to go. i hope this helps. when i did this i saw huge results in less than 2 weeks and that was just by cutting out dairy/ mucus forming foods. scars take a while to heal i still have them myself but by treating your body right it really helps to speed up the process!!
