According to my own experience, the best therapy for skin problems is Denas apparatus. It is a new technology, I guess but it works really great for me. You can read some more about it on http://www.kalinka-store.com/catalog/18 website. Maybe, it will help you too ;)
these resources and resulting discussions may help:
I grew up being the first kid in my school to have acne and it was BAD for many years. Mine started on my forhead too, then it went to my cheeks, my chin, and unfortunately my nose a few times. It'd hurt at times too and caused me great stress in school. First thing I'd say to do is try not to stress about it because it only makes things worse. Cleaning up my diet is something that helped me clear my skin up and I also made sure to stay hydrated and well rested because when I did have bad acne I wasn't doing either of those two. It took about a year or so before my skin cleared up and now it's pretty decent where I may get a very mild pimple once or twice a month.
I would add to the rest of the comments by suggesting a monomeal cleanse. Your acne is likely the result of old, unhealthy foods that are stuck in your colon. Your body is probably trying to detox and is using your skin as an exit rather than your colon. Sometimes a persons acne will clear immediately after cleaning up their diet but in other cases it can take time to clean out the colon. I would say do Banana Island until it clears up :)
