30 Bananas a Day!

Curious, did 801010 lessen your hair growth (anywhere, body, facial, etc) or make it grow faster & thicker (because obviously this is the healthiest lifestyle), or did it stay the same with absolutely no change?

Just wondering what everyone's experience in this has been, female or male. Sorry if this is a weird or irrelevant question to some.

In the first month I noticed I was actually losing hair.. However I don't think this was the fault of 811. I was also keeping my hair up in a messy bun 24/7.. But my hair has grown around 6 inches in 7months, & thicker than ever. I don't use shampoo/conditioner anymore either, only water and once a week baking soda and acv. Nails also grow like weeds, forced to trim them 1-2 times a week (I like them short) haha & as for the body hair, idk I had a lot of laser hair removal years ago.

Made my hair grow very fast in the past year. Plus it's a lot stronger and shinier.

those are beautiful hair Nicole!

My hair started grow faster, well it finally started growing because it would never grow. Its so soft and shiny, its stronger as well. I come from a past of extremely dry hair, health scalp problems, hair loss. I have to mention I quit shampoos years ago and use just water with sometimes some coconut oil.

Frugisaurus, sorry if that´s a stupid question, but do you use the coconut oil to wash your hair? or do you put i afterwards on the tips?

Natasha, my hair grows faster now :-).

Hi Loane, I put the coconut oil mostly on the tips now my scalp has healed. But when I still had wounds on my scalp I used to massage my head with it. Let it on my scalp for a while(or day) and rinse out with water.

Hello, thanks for the answer :-). I am surprised, didn´t it make your hair look very greasy? I usually put a tiny bit on the tips after the shower when my hair is still wet. I would think that if you put the oil on the scalp, even if you rinse it with water afterwards, the hair is oily then, isn´t it?...

I didnt have that much problem with grease because my hair sucks it all in because it was so extremely dry. My scalp would stay a bit greasy, but I applied it to my scalp to heal the spots and after a short period also my scalp would suck it all in because it was very dry too. I guess if you dont have dry hair and scalp, rinsing with herb tea after could be helpfull

Thank you, that´s interesting. My hair is dry on the tips only. I am glad your scalp has healed!
