I was wondering what some of your favourite, convenient 801010 vegan snacks were, both cooked and/or raw.
I need some ideas that are a last a little longer than fresh fruit (fresh fruit ripens and goes bad within a week-ish yafeel?) and is a bit more "snacky" if you know what I mean.
I tried looking around on the internet, but the main thing i could find were very high fat snacks. :(
This is what I have so far :)
As always, thank you for your input. I love being a part of such a supportive, healthy community. ^-^
This would have to be posted in the raw till 4 forum I believe, according to the rules...
Some more options would be tinned fruit, fruit juice, sugar water, frozen fruit, Romney's, clif bars and gels, torq bars and gels, sweets like gelatin free gummibears, vegan sorbet/ice creams, oilfree banana crisps, jam sandwiches, rice crackers, oats/oatmeal...
Anything you dry yourself: bananas, radish greens, Essene bread.
The temperature used by brewers for 1000s of years to turn sprouted grain into fruit sugars is about 155 F. This is the fruitification temperature that the Essene bread would have reached baking out it the sun on the rocks. This temperature makes the grain into a food more suitable for someone short on good fruit.
